About

A Business Analyst by profession, a creator at heart.

Hi, I'm Gregg, a Business Analyst by profession, a creator at heart, and someone who enjoys finding practical solutions to meaningful problems.

In my career, I focus on turning complex data into clear insights that help organizations make better decisions. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams, improving processes, and building dashboards and tools that make information more accessible and actionable. Whether I'm analyzing data, gathering requirements, or streamlining workflows, I'm driven by the challenge of solving problems thoughtfully and efficiently.

Outside of work, I'm happiest spending time with my family. Much of our life revolves around youth sports, where you'll often find me coaching baseball, cheering from the sidelines, or helping young athletes grow in confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Those moments, whether it's a hard-fought win, a lesson learned, or simply making memories together, are some of the most rewarding parts of my life.

I'm also passionate about technology and enjoy exploring new tools, especially those that combine creativity with problem-solving. Through my small business, Roster Ready Designs, I design and create custom 3D-printed sports gear and accessories, blending engineering, design, and craftsmanship to help teams celebrate their identity and achievements. It's an outlet that allows me to combine my love of technology, design, and entrepreneurship.

When I'm not working or creating, I enjoy learning about emerging technology, experimenting with AI, building personal projects, gaming, and finding new ways to improve both professionally and personally. I'm a firm believer that curiosity and continuous learning are some of the most valuable skills anyone can have.

Whether I'm collaborating with colleagues, coaching a team, designing a new product, or tackling a new challenge, I strive to bring creativity, integrity, and a thoughtful approach to everything I do.

The part the spreadsheet doesn't capture.

When I'm not working, I'm usually with my family, making the kind of memories that don't fit in a calendar invite. I spend a good amount of time coaching youth sports and cheering from the sidelines, and I love supporting the activities the people around me care about.

I'm happiest with a creative project in front of me. Whether it's exploring new technology, building something hands-on, or just chasing curiosity down a rabbit hole, I'm always learning something new, and that energy tends to find its way into everything else I do.
